She's Inspired is a women-only group which aims to promotes authentic growth, conscious living, and community building. This club meets once per month for group discussion on each book, and once per month for a fun team building activity. We meet up twice a month and chat about how the current read is effecting our lives, the changes we want to make individually, relationships, family etc. Our everyday life struggles and learn how to be vulnerable in a safe group. Inspired Community Nights are your opportunity to cultivate and express inspiration. We are a group that empowers and supports one another in discovering our blissful life.
What are community nights?
Community gatherings that bring together women to share their journeys and support each other in cultivating passionate and meaningful lives.
How to participate:
Sign up on our website at least 3 days in advance to ensure your spot. The RSVP form is found attached to the event information, found on the Up Coming Events page..
Show up at the time and place listed on the website.
Pay any costs.
Bring notepad and pen.
Agree to share honestly and respectfully, as well as respect the confidentiality of the honest offerings of others.
What to expect:
Before the meeting:
The website will display a topic, some related resources and a small activity intended to prepare you for the meeting. These readings and assignments are NOT mandatory. They are intended to enhance your experience if you are interested, but you are totally welcome to attend the session and participate without even looking at them. No judgment.
During the meeting:
Meetings generally start with the setting of a group intention. We take a moment to take a few breathes and focus our minds on what we are discussing for the session. Then there is a brief, but amazing presentation about our current topic, by one of our beautiful presenters. This is followed by small group activity. After that, there is a rousing group discussion period. And finally there is a brief closing.
The agenda may vary from this outline.
We will occasionally have featured speakers/presenters.
After the meeting:
The website will offer a place for follow-up discussion as well as information about the next session, which may be a continuation of the same theme or an exploration of a new topic.

My Goal: empower women to support other women through education, experiences, kindness and acceptance.
Inspired:
Our past hostesses of She's Inspired are a couple of amazing young women whom I am so blessed to call my friends. It is my honour to continue this amazing journey and share my passion in holistic health stemming from a background of Counselling, Nutritional Therapy, Reiki, Pilates and Aromatherapy.
I am so happy to have you join us as we share exciting experiences together in a supportive and healthy environment!
My Life:
I practice Holistic Health throughout my personal and professional life. As a wife of over 29 years and a mother of 3 grown children, my family is what led me on my personal journey of health and and continuous growth as I role-model genuineness through kindness, love and unconditional positive regard.
I love new adventure and take pleasure in community events, running, yoga, Pilates, weight training, nutritious eating, snowshoeing, hiking, traveling, reading, spending one to one time with family and friends and my newest adventure this winter...Nordic skiing!
